Packages and fees
Choose a regular schedule and we will visit on a set day each week or fortnight. Every visit includes the checks above and a short photo report sent to you afterwards.
Weekly checks
£30 a visit, about £120 a month, billed monthly in advance.
Fortnightly checks
£35 a visit, about £70 a month, billed monthly in advance.
Single visit
From £40, ideal before guests arrive or after a storm.
Key holding
From £30 a year, with a small charge each time we let someone in for you.
Larger or more remote properties are quoted individually. Frost checks, minor repairs and storm call-outs can be added, and we agree the cost with you first. A short written agreement is available on request.
Common questions
How often should an empty property be checked?
Weekly or fortnightly is common, especially over winter. Your insurer may also set requirements, so check your policy.
Can you hold keys?
Yes, by arrangement. We’ll agree how keys are stored and who has access.
Do you handle emergencies?
Tell us what you need and we’ll agree the arrangement in advance, including storms and alarm call-outs.
